You can buy Easter eggs pysanky or other products that are available and presented on the website.

You can also order Easter eggs pysanky by Iryna Parypa and other products that you liked, or with an individual design (subject to agreement and prior payment).


You can place an order through the shopping cart, chat message or by phone.
We will contact you and agree on the method of payment, terms and shipping.

WORLDWIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

1. Postal service.
International delivery will be made by Registered Airmail.
Postal services UKRPOSHTA, NOVA POSHTA or MEEST Express from Ukraine - are reliable companies, we can guarantee quick delivery worldwide. Registered Airmail includes insurance, the postal service is responsible for the shipping and compensates if parcel is lost. Fortunately, we had no cases when something was lost by these services.

2. Sending.

The item(s) will be sent within 1-2 business days after the payment is received. Business day do not include weekends and national holidays of Ukraine (New Year, Christmas, Easter etc.). The buyer will be informed about sending.

3. Delivery.

The usual period of delivery is 10-14 days to European countries, USA, 15-30 days to Canada, Japan, 21-41 days to Australia, New Zealand and other countries worldwide by postal services or 5-9 days by UPS.

4. Delays.

Very rarely, delays can occur in shipping due to circum stances beyond our control (postal service delays). If the itemis delayed in shipping, the buyer should inform the seller about delay. Please allow the seller 1-2 business days to research the situation and possible reasons of delay.

5. Packing.

The seller sends the item in packing that guarantees safe delivery by Airmail. All items will be carefully packed.

6. The cost of shipping depends on the chosen delivery date and the recipient's country.

GUARANTEE/RETURN POLICY

 

1. If the item was damaged in shipping (visual damage, loose parts etc.), you must notify the seller as wellas the carrier immediately. Any claims of damage after 3 days can be denied by the carrier.

2. We offer 30-day (from receiving date) return policy for item that does not match description. In this case, the product must be returnedin the same condition, packed in its original postal box with all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories (if originally included). The refund will be given in amount of 100% item cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Postage fees for the return is no trefundable in any case also.
